Job Description
- Job Title: Field Sales Executive
- Job Location: Delhi NCR
- Job Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: 0–3 years (Field sales experience preferred)
- Salary: As per company standards + incentives
- Job Responsibilities:Visit assigned areas and meet potential customers on a daily basis
- Promote and sell company products/services through field visits
- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Key Requirements:Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
- Bike is mandatory
- Preferred Skills:Experience in FMCG, telecom, insurance, or BFSI field sales
- Local area knowledge is an advantage
