Field Sales Executive

We are hiring Sales Executives (Field Sales) for our Construction & Trading Company based in Noida / Greater Noida.

The role involves field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, and material shops to generate orders and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, contractors, builders & hardware shops daily
• Promote and sell cement & construction materials
• Generate new enquiries and convert them into orders
• Maintain daily visit and enquiry report (WhatsApp / Sheet)
• Follow up on payments and customer requirements
• Coordinate with office for billing & dispatch

Requirements

• Experience in cement / construction material sales preferred
• Freshers with field sales interest may also apply
• Must be comfortable with outdoor field work
• Basic knowledge of local construction market
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Good communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Incentives: Per bag / per order (performance-based)
