Freshtech Foods is looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for spices, salt, and tea products. The role involves visiting clients, developing distributor networks, generating new business, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🚶 Conduct field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors

📈 Generate B2B sales for spices, salt, and tea products

🤝 Build and maintain strong client and distributor relationships

🛒 Promote products through field marketing and sampling activities

📊 Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

📅 Conduct client meetings and close sales deals effectively

📦 Coordinate with distributors for smooth product supply

🔁 Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 – 60 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferred in spices, salt, or tea industry)

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience & skills)

Incentive: ₹15,000 (Based on performance)
