Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to represent GoLive eTechnologies across North India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, and closing sales with schools, colleges, shopping malls, channel partners, and B2B clients.
The role demands a proactive individual with strong networking skills and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in education, retail, corporate, and government sectors.
- Arrange and conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients (schools, colleges, malls, B2B clients, and channel partners).
- Promote and sell GoLive’s full range of Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing, and IT products & services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics) for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, client feedback, and market insights to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, demos, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–5 years in Field Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Sales.
Preferred Industry Background:
- Audio-Visual, IT Hardware, Networking, CCTV, or Smart Classroom Solutions.
- Companies supplying materials to schools, colleges, shopping malls, and government departments.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish new connections easily.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independent field operations.
- Basic understanding of AV products, networking, and IT solutions (preferred).
- Knowledge of local market geography and client base in North India.
Education: Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
License: Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
