Food And Beverage Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a polite and positive attitude

• Take food & beverage orders correctly and promptly

• Serve food and beverages as per brand standards

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and wash areas

• Follow proper hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards

• Handle guest feedback respectfully and inform supervisor when required

• Support team members during rush hours

• Follow duty allocation and shift schedules strictly

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and food handling guidelines are followed

• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned

Guest Interaction

• Communicate clearly and politely with guests

• Never force guests for reviews or feedback

• Request feedback only as per company guidelines

• Respect guest privacy at all times

Discipline & Conduct

• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance

• Avoid unnecessary gossip or group formation during duty

• Follow company rules, policies, and instructions from management

• Maintain professional behavior with guests and colleagues

Skills & Requirements

• Basic communication skills (Hindi / English preferred)

• Willingness to learn and work in shifts

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Prior restaurant experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
