Job Description
Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Type: Front desk & administrative work
Location: Smile of India Dental Clinic, Central Plaza, Greater Noida West
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient coordination, appointment scheduling & billing support
• Patient care, follow-ups & query handling
• Lab coordination and case tracking
• General clinic administration & day-to-day management
• Marketing support:
• Offline promotions
• Online promotions (social media coordination, basic follow-ups)
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Pleasant personality with patient-friendly approach
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, billing software preferred)
• Prior dental/clinic experience is a plus (not mandatory)
