General Manager

We're looking for a sharp, proactive General Manager to become the backbone of our operations — someone who owns all communication, acts as the central hub of information, and keeps the everyday engine running smoothly.

This isn't a sit-back-and-delegate role. You'll be the go-to person everyone relies on — from leadership to clients to vendors.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

💬 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

→ Manage all internal & external communications (emails, reports, announcements)

→ Be the primary liaison between leadership, teams, clients, and vendors

→ Lead meetings, town halls, and cross-functional check-ins

→ Handle escalations and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

→ Serve as the single source of truth for company info, policies, and updates

→ Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems for real-time visibility

→ Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep leadership ahead

→ Handle confidential information with absolute discretion

⚙️ 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

→ Oversee scheduling, logistics, travel, and vendor coordination

→ Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across departments

→ Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

→ Support onboarding and cross-departmental projects

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

✅ 2+ years in a GM, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role

✅ Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

✅ Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)

✅ Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments

✅ Bachelor's in Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:
