Job Title: HR cum Cordinator
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Job Summary
The HR cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities along with office administration functions. The role ensures smooth HR operations, employee support, and efficient administrative management of the organization.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) DutiesAssist in recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interviews, joining formalities)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate with accounts/payroll teams
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance appraisals and training coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Administrative DutiesManage office administration and daily operations
- Handle vendor coordination (stationery, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Organize meetings, schedules, and office events
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of records
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (can be adjusted)
- Experience in recruitment, payroll support, or office administration is an advantage
