Job Title: HR cum Cordinator

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Job Summary

The HR cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities along with office administration functions. The role ensures smooth HR operations, employee support, and efficient administrative management of the organization.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) DutiesAssist in recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interviews, joining formalities)
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Support payroll preparation and coordinate with accounts/payroll teams
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance appraisals and training coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Administrative DutiesManage office administration and daily operations
  • Handle vendor coordination (stationery, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and office events
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of records
  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (can be adjusted)
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll support, or office administration is an advantage
