Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and manage our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy implementation to support organizational goals.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • 2. Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives.
  • 3. Performance ManagementDesign and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers on goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs.
  • 4. HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • 5. Policy Development & ImplementationDevelop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policies align with organizational objectives and legal standards.
  • 6. Training & DevelopmentIdentify learning needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA in HR or relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
  • Experience in handling a team.
