Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and manage our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy implementation to support organizational goals.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning.
- 2. Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives.
- 3. Performance ManagementDesign and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers on goal setting and performance reviews.
- Identify training and development needs.
- 4. HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- 5. Policy Development & ImplementationDevelop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies align with organizational objectives and legal standards.
- 6. Training & DevelopmentIdentify learning needs and coordinate training programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
- Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
