The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet the organization’s manpower requirements. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and coordination with hiring managers.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Understand hiring requirements from department heads

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & managers

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Handle offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding support

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Follow company recruitment policies and procedures

*Skills & Requirements:*

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply if mentioned)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of job portals and hiring tools

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

*Preferred Skills:*

Experience in bulk or lateral hiring

Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
