HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain qualified candidates.

- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.

- Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

- Overseeing performance appraisal systems and facilitating employee development programs.

- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with fairness and discretion.

- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and updating relevant records and documentation.

- Leading initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and workplace culture.

- Managing HR budgets and reporting on HR metrics to senior leadership.
