Immediate Hiring - HR Executive

Experience :- Fresher/ Experienced

Office Timing :- 9:30 to 6:30 pm (Two Saturday Off & all sunday Off )

Salary :

Fresher upto 15000 fixed

Experienced 15000 to 25000 fixed ( Depand on experience)

Location - Vaishali - Ghaziabad ( Near Metro Station)

Job Responsibility

• Identification of suitable candidates from job portals, database .
• Screening the resumes based on competency and skills.
• Analyse the candidates on the basis of his profile and personal attributes. .
• Attending telephonic calls regarding job vacancies prepare and analyse the recruitment status, etc.
• Place advertisement in job portals and send mass emails.
• Responsible for full Recruitment Life Cycle.
• Follow-up the candidate to make sure the prospective offer is converted into a closure.
