Job Title: Sales Executive - Lead Generation & Office Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive lead generation and sales growth through targeted cold calling, IndiaMart platform management, and efficient office operations. This key role will focus on converting old leads into orders for our warehouse storage racks and material handling equipment, while maintaining accurate data for seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls on historical customer data to re-engage prospects and secure meetings or orders.
• Manage IndiaMart leads: Daily Buylead calling, follow-ups, qualification, and conversion into confirmed orders.
• Generate new leads via IndiaMart postings, inquiries, and targeted outreach to manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse clients.
• Handle order conversations, negotiations, and closing deals to meet monthly sales targets.
• Perform office executive tasks: Maintain CRM data (leads, contacts, follow-ups), update customer records, and ensure data accuracy in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Track lead pipelines, report weekly on call volumes, conversions, and revenue generated.
• Support team with basic admin work, such as preparing quotations and service reports.
