Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving client acquisition through a mix of cold calling (50%) and warm leads (50%). The role involves understanding client financing needs, guiding them through the process, and ensuring smooth coordination until case closure.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 50% cold calling to generate new business opportunities
• Handle 50% warm leads generated through marketing channels

Understand client requirements related to:

• Working Capital
• Bill Discounting
• Trade Finance

• Explain suitable financial products and solutions
• Collect and verify financial documents from clients
• Coordinate with internal team and lending partners (NBFCs/Banks)
• Act as a single point of contact for clients until case closure
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records
• 📋 RequirementsBasic understanding of SME Finance / Trade Finance / Working Capital products

Knowledge of financial documentation, including:

• Balance Sheet
• GST / Sales Data
• Bank Statements
• Debt Profile

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle both cold and warm client interactions confidently
• Organized, target-driven, and proactive approach
• Experience in Inside Sales / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services (preferred but not mandatory)
