Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, converting inquiries into sales, and building strong customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and online meetings. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer support and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, online research, lead databases, and inbound inquiries.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass high-potential prospects to the field sales team (if applicable).
• Maintain a strong lead pipeline to achieve monthly targets.

2. Sales Outreach & Conversion

• Conduct product/service presentations via phone, email, and online demos.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales within assigned timelines.
• Follow up on warm leads and convert them into recurring business.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat sales.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations/support teams for order processing or implementation.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Update CRM or ERP systems with lead status, call logs, and customer details.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
• Track and document all stages of the sales cycle.

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing to align lead-generation strategies.
• Support field sales teams with lead information and customer insights.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and reviews.
