Installation Project Engineer

Responsible for installation, alignment, commissioning, and trial runs of Shot Blasting Machines at customer sites. The role ensures machines are installed as per drawings, safety standards, and performance requirements, while coordinating with customers, and internal teams.

• Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Install shot blasting machines as per approved layout drawings and manuals
• Carry out mechanical assembly, leveling, alignment, and anchoring
• Supervise foundation readiness and civil interface activities
• Perform commissioning, trial runs, and performance testing
• Identify and resolve installation-related issues at site
• Electrical / Utility Coordination (as applicable)Coordinate with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic teams
• Verify utility connections such as power, air.
• Ensure machine interlocks and safety systems are functional
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare installation checklists, commissioning reports, and site visit reports
• Update red-line drawings and installation records
• Obtain customer sign-off after successful installation
• Customer & Site Coordination
• Act as single point of contact during installation
• Train customer operators and maintenance staff
• Address customer queries and provide technical support
