Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding customers in choosing the right insurance products and helping them secure their financial future. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, client interaction, and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Recommend suitable insurance plans such as life, health, and savings policies.
• Explain policy benefits, coverage, and terms to clients clearly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist clients with documentation and policy processing.
• Provide after-sales support and help with renewals or queries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance, sales, or financial services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance products will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
