Job Description
- Space Planning
- Design functional and aesthetic layouts for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
- Optimize space utilization while maintaining comfort and style.
- Material & Finish Selection
- Choose flooring, wall finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor elements.
- Ensure durability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with client preferences.
- Visualization & Documentation
- Prepare mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed drawings for client approval.
- Document specifications for contractors and suppliers.
- Execution & Supervision
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades.
- Oversee installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Expertise in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max).
- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and functionality.
- Knowledge of residential safety standards and ergonomics.
- Ability to balance client preferences with practical constraints.
