Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and systems issues across the organization

Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, servers, network devices and CCTV cameras.

Support and troubleshoot email, VPN, printers, and other business-critical tools

Ensure regular system backups and data recovery processes are in place

Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory and user guides

Requirements:

Information Technology, or a related field

3–5 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience

Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals

Experience with servers, LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, and cloud services, cctv cameras

basic cyber security practices

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
