Job Summary:

The Kitchen Staff/Burger Maker will be responsible for preparing menu items according to brand standards, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours, and supporting overall kitchen operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about food preparation and willing to learn and grow within the organization.

🔧 Detailed Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Cooking, preparing burgers and other fast-food items as per company recipes and presentation standards
• Perform basic kitchen tasks including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, grilling, frying, and assembling menu items
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion size
• Ensure all food items are cooked fresh and efficiently
• Kitchen Operations Set up workstation with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment at the beginning of each shift
• Assist in inventory management by informing supervisors about low or missing stock items
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and equipment usage
• Support other team members during rush hours to ensure smooth operations
• Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness, Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and preparation areas
• Follow all FSSAI/food safety guidelines related to handling, storage, and cooking
• Clean utensils, kitchen equipment, work counters, grills, and fryers regularly
• Dispose of waste properly and keep the workspace organized
• Ensure personal hygiene (proper grooming, gloves, hairnet, apron, etc.) at all times
• Customer Service Support (If Required) Coordinate with the front-of-house team for timely order delivery
• Communicate clearly with team members during peak times
• General Responsibilities, Report any equipment malfunction or safety issues to the supervisor
• Ensure punctuality and follow shift timings
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive environment

📌 Candidate Requirements : Basic

• cooking knowledge preferred, but full training will be provided
• Freshers and first-time job seekers are welcome
• Must be physically fit and comfortable standing for long hours
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and busy hours
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to maintaining food quality

• 💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
