Job Overview:


Apex Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales & Lead Generation Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, closing deals, and handling CRM systems efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate leads through digital platforms, property portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.), social media, and references

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

• Conduct cold calling and follow-ups

• Convert site visit prospects into confirmed bookings


2. Client Handling & Sales

• Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type)

• Schedule and conduct property site visits

• Give detailed property presentations

• Negotiate pricing and close deals

• Maintain strong follow-up process until deal closure


3. CRM Management

• Maintain and update CRM data regularly

• Track lead status and follow-ups

• Maintain proper documentation of all client interactions

• Coordinate with internal team for documentation and booking process


4. Market Knowledge

• Stay updated with real estate market trends

• Competitor analysis

• Knowledge of local property market and pricing


5. Post-Sales Coordination

• Assist clients with booking formalities

• Coordinate with legal, accounts, and documentation team

• Ensure smooth handover process



Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Good convincing ability

• Knowledge of CRM software

• Target-driven mindset

• Good understanding of property laws and documentation basics

• Comfortable with field sales & site visits

• Strong follow-up skills

• MS Excel & basic computer knowledge

• Presentable and professional personality
