Job Description
Urgent opening for big NBFC/Banking for Inside sales
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Conversion: Contact prospective customers via telephone to generate interest and convert suspect leads into home loan prospects.
- Needs Analysis & Product Education: Analyze customer needs, explain HDFC home loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria, and handle objections.
- Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets for home loans and cross-sell insurance products.
- Lead Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients until the loan is processed or disbursed.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log interaction details in the system to enable seamless follow-ups.
- Relationship Management: Coordinate with field sales officers to facilitate the loan closure process.
