Role Overview-

The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations at WashCraft. This role ensures the smooth movement, tracking, and handling of goods, materials, and orders across our facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities-

• Coordinate and execute daily inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Track, verify, and document inventory movement and order status
• Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and staging of items for dispatch
• Assist in route coordination, delivery scheduling, and pickup planning
• Maintain organized storage areas and follow inventory control procedures
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders meet WashCraft standards
• Communicate effectively with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Report discrepancies, delays, or damages promptly to supervisors
• Adhere to company safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge preferred
