Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Greater Noida West
Role:
Maintain and troubleshoot production machines, electrical panels, motors, and utilities to ensure maximum uptime.
Responsibilities:
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of wire drawing, bunching, extrusion, and coiling machines
- Electrical panel, MCC, motor, VFD, heater, sensor troubleshooting
- Mechanical maintenance: gearbox, bearing, belts, couplings
- Maintain PM schedules, breakdown logs, and spares
- Support machine installation and commissioning
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical)
- 3–8 years manufacturing maintenance experience
- Hands-on shop-floor troubleshooting skills
- Experience in maintenance of Niehoff wire drawing/bunching machines, Supermac extrusion lines, or similar wire & cable manufacturing equipment preferred.
