Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Delhi and Ghaziabad
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Lubricant Sales (Retailer)
Industry: Lubricants / B2B Retailers
Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / National Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our industrial sales operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of lubricants, strong B2B sales skills, and proven experience in developing key customer relationships in with Retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and end-users.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and trials at customer sites.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer customized lubricant solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
- Train and support distributors/sales representatives in the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lubricant sales.
- Strong technical understanding of lubricants, applications, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with B2B Retailers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Preferred Candidates:
- Those with prior experience in companies like Castrol, Shell, HPCL, Gulf, Total, or similar.
- Candidates with an existing Retailers customer network in the region.
- Experience in dealing with maintenance teams, plant managers, and purchase heads.
