🔹 Job OverviewWe are hiring a dedicated and responsible Sales Head to manage sales operations and overall dispatch management for our growing e-commerce business.
- 🔹 Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complete sales operations
- Handle packing and daily courier dispatch
- Manage courier partners and shipment tracking
- Monitor NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and resolve cases
- Coordinate with remote Team Leaders
- Track targets and ensure monthly growth
- Maintain dispatch, return, and collection records
- Improve operational efficiency and performance
