Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire order execution process for denim jeans.
• Handle costing, sampling (fit, PP), and production follow-up.
• Liaise between international buyers and internal factory teams (production, washing, quality).
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards.
• Source fabrics and trims as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in a denim jeans factory.
• In-depth knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, and finishing processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working with factories in the NCR region (like Sahibabad) is a plus.
