JD for MIS Executive 

We are North India Distributor of 3M India Ltd. in Automobile Sector Working with more than 70 dealerships in North India. We are family of more than 450 members professionally equipped in their respective fields.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Sales & Retail MIS*

1.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (booking, billing, delivery).

2.Track targets vs achievements for sales executives and managers.

3.Maintain model-wise, variant-wise, and color-wise sales data.

4.Monitor inquiry, test drive, conversion, and cancellation ratios.

*Inventory & Stock MIS*

1.Maintain vehicle stock reports (opening stock, inward, outward, closing stock).

2.Track aging inventory and slow-moving vehicles.

3.Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for stock reconciliation.

4.Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

*Data Management & Reporting*

1.Maintain and update dealership ERP / DMS data regularly.

2.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.

3.Share MIS reports with management within defined timelines.

4Support audits and management reviews with required data.

*Coordination & Support*

1.Coordinate with sales, service, accounts, and CRM teams for data collection.

2.Assist management with ad-hoc reports and analysis.

3Support compliance with OEM reporting requirements.

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*

1.Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports

2.Data consistency across departments

3.Reduction in reporting errors

4Support in achieving sales and operational targets

*Qualifications & Experience*

1.Graduate in Commerce / Business / Statistics / Computer Applications.

2.1–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive (automobile dealership preferred).

3.Exposure to automobile DMS / ERP systems is an advantage.

*Skills & Competencies*

1.Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, 2.MIS dashboards, Countifs, Sumifs).

3.Basic knowledge of automobile sales, service, and dealership operations.

4.Analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.Attention to detail and data accuracy.

6.Good communication and coordination skills.

7.Ability to work under deadlines.

*Work Environment*

1.Full-time, dealership-based role.

2.May require extended hours during month-end closings and audits.
