*Key Responsibilities:*

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.

Maintain vehicle stock and inventory reports.

Track targets vs achievements and sales performance.

Update and manage data in DMS / ERP systems.

Prepare finance, insurance, and accessories MIS.

Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.

Support audits and OEM reporting requirements.

*Qualifications & Experience:*

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

1–3 years of MIS experience (automobile dealership preferred).

*Skills Required* :

Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP,COUNT IF & SUM IF).

Knowledge of automobile dealership operations.

Good analytical and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
