We are looking for a skilled and passionate North Indian Chef who can prepare authentic North Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation. The candidate should be experienced in handling kitchen operations and ensuring consistent food quality.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes (gravy, tandoor, starters, breads, etc.)
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure minimal wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients
• Knowledge of tandoor and curry preparation preferred
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team player with good time management skills
• Knowledge of inventory control
