Job Responsibilities of HR :

Recruit and onboard technical candidates

Maintain healthy employee relationships and support employee needs

Handle employee attendance, leave management, and records

Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues

Support new joiners during induction and orientation

Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures

Coordinate with internal teams for daily HR activities

Follow up with clients regarding feedback, and updates

Assist with general HR and administrative tasks

Focus Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries and sales leads through phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our product/app.
• Conduct online product demonstrations to prospective clients using Teams/Google Meet.
• Follow up with potential customers regularly to ensure conversion and close the sales call.
• Maintain and update customer data and sales records in CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Intern/Training period will not be counted in experience.
