Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver & collect files, mail, packages inside the office and to external locations.
- Keep office areas, meeting rooms, reception, and common spaces clean and tidy.
- Sweep, mop floors, empty trash bins, and restock cleaning supplies.
- Manage stationery – stock pens, paper, printer cartridges, etc.
- Run errands: bank deposits, courier, purchase small office items.
- Assist staff with ad‑hoc tasks (setting up meetings, serving tea/water, etc.).
- Maintain a log of incoming/outgoing items and report any issues promptly.
Working Hours
- Typically 9 am – 7 pm,
Monday‑Saturday
