Job Description: Office Assistant (All-rounder)
Role Summary:
Humein apne office ke liye ek hardworking aur honest Office Assistant ki zaroorat hai jo safai (cleaning) aur pantry management dono sambhal sake.
Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan):
Office Maintenance: Rozana office mein jhadu-pochha (sweeping & mopping) karna aur furniture ko dust-free rakhna. (Cleaning & Dusting)
Pantry Management: Staff aur guests ke liye waqt par chay aur coffee banana. (Preparing Tea/Coffee)
Hospitality: Guests ko pani aur snacks serve karna. (Serving Guests)
General Tasks: Office ke chhote-mote kaam jaise files ek jagah se dusri jagah le jana ya market se kuch saman lana. (Running Errands)
Inventory: Pantry ke saman (doodh, chini, pati) ka dhyan rakhna aur khatam hone se pehle batana.
Requirements:
Punctuality: Office time par aana zaroori hai.
Hygiene: Safai aur hygiene ka poora dhyan rakhna (saaf kapde aur saaf tarike se kaam karna).
Behavior: Polite aur respectful vyavhar.
Salary & Timings:
Shift: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 8000 - 12000 per month.
