Office Administrator – Omsorg Elder & Disability Care

Location: Noida, NCR

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our care services business. The ideal candidate will manage administrative duties, coordinate with field staff, handle documentation, and ensure smooth department communication.

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage front office operations, calls, emails, and appointments
  • Maintain and update client and staff records (physical and digital)
  • Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and track billing cycles
  • Coordinate staff schedules and service bookings
  • Handle documentation for the onboarding of nurses and caretakers
  • Provide administrative support to management and care teams
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and HR recordkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist with audits


Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience in office administration, preferably in healthcare or service-based business

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
