Ola / Uber Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive Ola/Uber cab for assigned 10-hour shift (Day or Night).
• Shift Timings:
• Day Shift: Start 7:00 AM, drive until daily target is achieved, return car by 6:00 PM latest.
• Night Shift: Start 7:00 PM, drive until daily target is achieved, return car by 6:00 AM latest.
• Achieve minimum daily target: ₹2,199 revenue + minimum 7 trips.

Earn daily incentives-

• ₹2,599 revenue/day = +₹100 bonus.
• 11 trips/day = +₹100 bonus.
• (Both bonuses can be earned together for ₹200/day extra).
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and ensure passenger comfort & safety.
• Follow all traffic rules and company operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Valid Driving License.
• Minimum 1 year of Ola/Uber or other commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to use Ola/Uber driver app on smartphone.
• Provide 2 references (1 family, 1 non-family).
• First 7 days’ salary to be deposited as refundable security.
