Key ResponsibilitiesListing & Catalog

• Create and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, images, keywords)
• Manage Seller Central, A+ Content, and resolve listing issues

Pricing & Promotions

• Monitor competitors and manage pricing, discounts, and deals
• Plan and execute Lightning Deals, Coupons, and sale events

Order & Inventory Execution

• Manage FBA / FBM order fulfillment
• Track inventory levels and plan replenishments
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

Advertising & Growth

• Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Improve visibility, conversions, and ROAS

Performance & Reporting

• Track sales, conversion rate, Buy Box %, ACoS/TACoS
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Customer Experience & Account Health

• Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback
• Maintain strong account health and policy compliance
• Skills & Qualifications1–4 years experience managing Amazon Seller Central
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, FBA & FBM
• Data-driven mindset with basic Excel/reporting skills
• Familiar with GST, invoicing, and Amazon settlements (India)
