Job Responsibilities: 

• Managing end to end marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, eBay, etc.)
• Responsible for daily order processing across all platforms including B2B and B2C channels.
• Fetch orders from marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra, and eBay.
• Generate dispatch labels and manifests, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate FBA, FBM, FBF, and Myntra shipments, including packaging and logistics follow-ups with delivery partners.
• Maintain real-time inventory data across all SKUs and marketplaces to avoid stock discrepancies.
• Keep accurate records of sales, dispatches, labels, and manifests for all platforms.
• Monitor marketplace metrics regularly to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Share daily/weekly EOD reports with the operations team and management, including order counts, pending items, and issue resolutions.
