Job Description

  • Packing & Dispatch
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately as per dispatch schedules
  • Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation
  • Coordinate with courier and transport partners for timely shipments
  • Track dispatched shipments and update status in the system
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics processes
  • Inventory & Store Management
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical audits
  • Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials
  • Coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse/store
