PCB Designer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled PCB Designer to design, develop, and optimize high-reliability printed circuit boards for embedded, RF, power, and defence-grade electronics. The role involves close collaboration with hardware, firmware, and mechanical teams to convert schematics into production-ready PCB layouts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign multi-layer PCBs (2–12+ layers) from schematics to fabrication files
• Perform component placement, routing, impedance control, and stack-up design
• Ensure signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC compliance
• Generate manufacturing outputs:
• 
  
• Gerber / ODB++
• Drill files
• Pick & Place
• BOM
• Coordinate with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors
• Conduct DFM, DFA, and DFT checks
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and revisions
• Maintain design documentation and revision control
• Follow internal quality, defence, and IP protection standards
