Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage and scale our in-house advertising campaigns. You will work on ads for our own products only—no client pressure. The role focuses on performance, optimization, and growth across multiple niches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily management and optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitoring key metrics, KPIs, and KRAs
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for better performance
• Creative ideation and testing of ad creatives and copies
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
• Tracking campaigns using UTM parameters
• Continuous testing, scaling, and improvement of ad performance
• Supporting other performance marketing activities as required

Required Skills:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Google Ads
• Google Sheets
• UTM tracking
• Strong understanding of metrics, analytics, and performance optimization

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing

Education:

• No education bar
• Skills and experience matter most

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Working Days & Timings:

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
