We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands numbers as deeply as creativity, and knows how to turn ad spends into measurable ROI. If you think in ROAS, CPA, funnels, and dashboards, this role is made for you.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Core Responsibilities)You won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll own performance outcomes.

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns
• Build and manage high-converting funnels for lead generation & eCommerce
• Continuously analyze and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Set up and manage tracking & analytics using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and events
• Run A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike scaling
• Optimize budgets, bids, and account structures for maximum efficiency
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights (not just numbers)
• Collaborate closely with design, content, SEO, and web teams to improve funnel performance end-to-end.

What We’re Looking ForYou’re analytical, growth-focused, and always testing, learning, and improving.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
• Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking & event setup
• Proven experience in scaling ad budgets while maintaining efficiency
• Ability to translate data into clear action plans & optimizations
• Experience with lead generation, service-based businesses, or eCommerce is a plus
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certifications (good to have, not mandatory)
