Role Summary: We are hiring an expert Personal Shopper to curate highly personalized shopping experiences for our premium clientele. This role requires exceptional style knowledge and a talent for building long-term client relationships to drive high-value sales.

• Key Responsibilities
• Client Portfolio: Drive sales by building and maintaining a loyal, appointment-based client book using follow-up communication.
• Expert Styling: Conduct consultations to understand needs; provide expert advice and curate personalized product selections (fashion, beauty, home).
• High-Value Sales: Use advanced upselling and suggestive selling techniques to significantly increase the Average Bill Value (ABV).
• Relationship Focus: Serve as the client’s single point of contact for service, conflict resolution, loyalty programs (First Citizen), and post-sale follow-up.
• Trend Knowledge: Stay current on all brands, collections, and fashion trends.
• Qualifications 1+ years experience in luxury/premium retail, personal styling, or client management. Freshers are also welcomed.
• Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, and proven sales results.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends and product categories.
