Plant / Factory Manager

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Factory Supervisor for our aerosol manufacturing plant in Tronica City. The role involves managing plant operations, supervising staff, maintaining stock, and coordinating with vendors for timely procurement of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production and packing operations at the plant
• Manage factory staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain raw material and finished goods stock records
• Plan and follow up on purchase orders with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate with management for production planning
• Ensure proper handling of materials, machines, and tools
• Maintain basic production and purchase documentation
• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety at the plant

Requirements:

• Experience in factory operations / production supervision
• Experience in purchase coordination or inventory management
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Candidate should be willing to work at Tronica City industrial area
