Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to support and contribute to the development of children in our pre-primary school. The Teacher will assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and to ensure the children’s educational and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering lesson plans and activities based on the curriculum.
• Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, playtime, and lunch breaks.
• Observe and record children's progress and behavior, reporting any concerns to the superior.
• Support children’s learning and development through creative play, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
• Foster a nurturing and positive environment where children feel safe and confident to explore.
• Assist in preparing learning materials and setting up the classroom environment.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding the child’s progress.
• Participate in team meetings and staff training sessions.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Fresher or Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pre-primary school setting.
• Understanding of early childhood education principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a love for working with young children.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
