Production Engineer

Job Title: Production Engineer

Location: Greater Noida West

Role:

Plan, design, and execute wire & cable production. Calculate and set process parameters for all stages—drawing, bunching, extrusion, and coiling—across all machines.

Responsibilities:

• Design conductor & cable constructions for single core, multicore, round, flat, submersible, speaker, LAN cables, etc
• Calculate wire dia, strand count, lay length, OD, weight/mtr, DDR, line speed, die & tip selection, etc
• Set and optimize parameters on Niehoff, Supermac, and allied machines
• Prepare job cards and production recipes
• Control quality, output, wastage, and downtime
• Manufacture as per IS 694 compliance and quality team
• Must be able to do product costing.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical / Production)
• 5–10 years experience in wire & cable manufacturing
• Strong calculation and machine-level process knowledge
• HOUSE WIRE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
