- Production Planning: Developing daily/monthly production plans and schedules to meet, orders.

- Process Optimization: Monitoring freezing and packaging lines to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality assurance measures to check product integrity (e.g., proper freezing, no defects).
- Maintenance Coordination: Managing preventative maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and scheduling staff to meet production targets.
- Inventory Management: Managing raw materials, ingredients, and finished product stock levels.
