Production Operator

If you are a Mechanical Engineer (or Diploma holder) who loves working with tools, solving assembly puzzles, and leading a team to hit precision targets, we want you.

The RoleYou will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. You aren't just supervising; you are optimizing how our structures are put together.

• Assembly Management: Lead the assembly of high-end structural units using nut-and-bolt systems.
• Hands-on Leadership: You must be proficient with hand tools and power tools (drills, impact drivers, torque wrenches, etc.) and train the team on the same.
• Quality Control: Ensure every unit is manufactured to 100% accuracy so it can be "plug-and-play" on-site.
• Inventory & Workflow: Manage the flow of materials—from raw steel/wood to the final finished unit.
• Who You AreBackground: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2–4 years in a manufacturing plant, furniture factory, or structural assembly unit.
• Agility: You are proactive. If a part doesn't fit, you find the solution immediately.
• Tool Master: You have a deep respect for tools and know exactly which one to use for which job.
