Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager - Factory Operations, located in Ghaziabad(U.P.), Near Duhai Industrial Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day factory operations, ensuring timely production and delivery of uniforms. Tasks include expediting orders, managing logistics, coordinating with suppliers, inspecting finished products, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and order coordination skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple orders and ensure on-time production and dispatch.
• Skilled in production planning, expediting, and inspection processes.
• Basic understanding of inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Tech-savvy with good command of Excel, Google Sheets, and digital reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills – clear, fast, and effective in both verbal and written forms (Hindi + English).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of handling multiple floors and workstations simultaneously.
• A person of high integrity, commitment, and ownership – someone who values honesty, discipline, and long-term association.
• Must be punctual, proactive, and willing to stretch when required to meet delivery timelines.
• Experience in manufacturing or hospitality uniform production is an advantage but not mandatory.
