Project Manager

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in interior fit-outs? We are looking for a skilled professional who can take charge of BOQ preparation, billing, and quantity assessment for our interior projects.

✨ Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for interior fit-out works

• Handle project billing, verification, and certification

• Conduct site measurements and prepare corresponding reports

• Coordinate with Clients, vendors, and contractors

• Ensure cost accuracy, compliance with drawings, and timely documentation

📌 Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, processes, and execution

• Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and billing

• Ability to read architectural drawings and perform quantity take-offs

• Proficiency in MS Excel / estimation tools

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills

💼 Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in related field
