Purchase Executive

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement to meet the company’s operational and production needs. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to maintain excellent supplier relationships.

• ⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and requisitions in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery details.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing and invoice clearance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and service.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and alternative supply sources.
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to procurement.
